I have been using CapCut’s AI video creation features for the past 3–4 months while connecting through a Singapore VPN. The features were working normally during this time, and I have been relying on them for a major project.

However, for the past 15 days, I have been receiving the following message whenever I try to use the AI video creation feature:

“This feature is currently unavailable in your country or region.”

I have already tried changing my VPN and connecting through different regions, but the same error continues to appear. I have also contacted CapCut Support multiple times over the past few weeks, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

This is becoming a serious issue because I have a very large project that depends on these AI video creation features.

At this point, it’s become part of the aesthetic of my videos, and it was also a really useful part of my editing workflow. Is there any way to recover it?

Has this template been removed from CapCut app? If so, that’s incredibly frustrating. I’d really appreciate any advice on how to get it back.

Does anyone know the easiest way to recreate this effect in CapCut? Ideally, I’d love to know the steps or if there’s a template I can use.

• the divisions between items (audio clips and images) are far too thick. The tool for moving their boundaries is far too gross, making it impossible to select an item without first zooming in and then out again.
• the imported file field slider is hidden away. One first has to locate the stupid thing. And it is often miniscule. The sameholds for the timeline slider.
• there are also no vertical up/down scroll arrows that would make location easier. The same holds for the effects library.
• there seems to be no 'select right to the end' facility. To insert a space or new item – a very common operation – one first has to zoom out; select all from the playhead to the end; then zoom back in again to open a space. Very laborious.
• I am informed me 24/7 that I need to renew, when I already have renewed.

This is for starters. I sent it on feedback. Let's see I get any response. The overall impression is that Capcut just want one's money, and once they have got it don't give a sh*t about anything else.   

I've found a bunch of tutorials on YouTube that show a dotted or dashed line animating from left to right around an object, like this one:

But what I'm actually looking for is an effect where the dashed line forms a square around the entire image and continuously flows around the border.

Does anyone know what this effect is called or how to make it? Any tutorials or suggestions would be appreciated!

But when I reopen the project, the entire video is replaced with the message:

"Video or photo is deleted or moved in your device. Recover it in your album."

I haven't deleted or moved any of the files, so I'm not sure what album it's referring to or how to recover them.

Has anyone else had this happen or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I found the Torn Frames effect, and it gives me pretty much the exact motion I'm after—but it also adds the torn paper edges, which I don't want.

I'm using CapCut PC Pro. Is there a way to get that same low-framerate look without the paper effect? Any tips, effects, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated because I've been stuck on this for a while.

I've used it in a couple of my edits before, so I'm a bit confused as to where it went.
